About Me
I have just finished my final year as a Textiles student at the University of Huddersfield specialising in embroidery.

During my final year, I made the decision to take the BSc route and completed a product specification for a piece of jewellery I made. I really enjoy the technical aspects of textiles and have a methodical way of working.

As an embroidery student, I am interested in pushing the boundaries of traditional techniques. Often this is through my material use. Sustainability has a big influence on my work, in particular waste. I love using materials normally considered rubbish and repurposing them into something interesting and engaging.

Nature is another huge influence on my work. It is a desire to protect our natural world that sparked my interest in sustainability.
